Administration of Contis Financial Services Ltd our provider.

The Appointment of Administrators to the provider of the Ffrees operating capabilities was outside the control of Ffrees and has
resulted in all our customer accounts being frozen. To recover funds on an account requires you to contact the Administrators via
email on Contiscustomers@interpath.com

Pursuant to Rule 26 of the Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2021 (“the Rules”), a
copy of the Joint Administrators’ Proposals are available to view at http://CFSL.ia-insolv.com (“the Portal”)
